About VieworaHub
VieworaHub does two things, and it is worth separating them clearly: we sell IPTV subscriptions, and we publish guides about the playlists, players and devices people use to watch them. The guides exist because the questions kept arriving; the subscription is what pays for the site.
The subscription
What you buy is access, not an application. After payment we issue your access as Xtream Codes-style access credentials, an M3U URL and a customer page for choosing your bouquets and changing their order. You then load that access into a player of your choosing, on whatever device you already own.
Nothing renews on its own. There is no recurring charge and no rolling contract, so there is nothing to cancel — access runs for the length you bought and then stops unless you ask us to extend it.
What a plan includes, how simultaneous connections work, and the prices are all set out on what is included and pricing. If you would rather see it working before paying, the trial takes no payment.
The guides
The articles on this site are written to be useful on their own, whether or not you ever buy anything from us. That has some consequences we are comfortable with: our troubleshooting guide tells readers that most faults are not provider faults and that switching provider will not fix them, and our player guides say plainly when we could not verify who publishes an application.
They are independent in that sense — written from the publishers’ own documentation, dated, and corrected when we get something wrong. They are not independent in the sense of pretending we have no commercial interest. We do, and it is on every page.
Third-party players are not ours
We write about applications such as VLC, TiviMate and Air Player. We do not publish them, control them, resell them or support them. Their publishers set their prices, their features and their availability, and any of those can change without us knowing. Naming an application is not a statement that it works with our service.
What we do not claim
There are things this site will not tell you, because we have not confirmed them: how many channels there are, which specific channels, sports or events are carried, which countries are covered, what happens when you travel, any uptime or availability figure, and compatibility with any named device or application. You will not find those numbers anywhere on this site, including in the places where a competitor would put them.
